Manufacturing Capability
The Haas ST-10 is a high-performance turning center engineered for setup flexibility, exceptional rigidity, and superior thermal stability. It boasts an impressive maximum capacity of 12" in diameter by 16" in length, with a 1.75" through-spindle capacity. The lathe is equipped with a tailstock for precise turning of long parts, a parts catcher, and a chip conveyor to ensure uninterrupted high-volume production. Its 6000 RPM spindle delivers impeccable finishes on small-diameter components.
The Haas TM-2P is a Toolroom Mill that is not to be under estimated. This machine is capable of repeatedly maintaining extremely tight tolerances over any extended period of time. Providing a work area of 40" x 16" x 16". Equipped with Renishaw wireless intuitive probing system, 20 tool; tool changer, chip auger and 10,000 RPM spindle. Yielding a larger work area than the VF-1 and the VF-2. With all the advanced features, this Toolroom Mill is as ready for mold-making as it is for production.
The Jet HBS-812G is our Horizontal/Vertical Geared Head Bandsaw. Capable of cutting 8" x 12" material. Equipment as simple as a saw may not seem like a big deal. However, This auto hydraulic feed saw allows us to transfer our raw material cut savings to the customer and helps shorten lead times on raw material delivery.
